The Yo-Yoo One Size is pretty unique as far as pocket diapers go since the insert and lining are made from bamboo.  Many parents get frustrated if they need a pocket lined with a non synthetic material.  The Yo-Yoo uses a snap down rise adjustment and stuffs in the front.

Ease of Use ✩✩✩ The Yo-Yoo pocket has a total of 4 snaps, 2 on each tab, to affix when placing on the baby.  This makes putting it on and off very easy.  The most “difficult” part is just stuffing the diaper.  It stuffs in the front and the opening is very small.  You could also just lay the insert into the diaper if you prefer.

Bang for the Buck ✩✩✩✩ You can find the Yo-Yoo for 17.99.  It is made in China, a drawback for some consumers.  However, you won’t find another pocket diaper much like it as far as materials go.

Performance ✩✩✩✩ I was really impressed with the absorbency of the insert!  We had a day where my son was in this diaper longer than he should have been, and it was SOAKED heavily but there wasn’t a leak.

Fit ✩✩✩✩ On my toddler he was able to wear the Yo-Yoo on the middle rise snap.  There was some wing droopage at times.  He has a good amount of room to grow for the waist and rise.  I think the waist snaps would need to get tighter for a newborn but I haven’t tried it on the new baby yet.

Overall- The Yo-Yoo comes in a few really cute colors.  It isn’t available in many places, but if you are looking for an alternative to microfleece or suedecloth liners this is a diaper to consider.  It fits trimly too!
