I don’t know if you’re notified of new comments on ancient posts, but… I am desperately seeking some advice from other Hushamok moms who’ve had to transition their babies into a crib. My daughter will be 6 months in June and it is high time she got out of our room (though I’ve loved having her, she’s getting noisy at night, and sleeps lighter too) and into her own crib. However, I can’t even get her to nap in the crib — she really only naps in her swing, or on one us. I’m worried the Hushamok has made a cosiness/movement junkie out of her & we’ll never be able to get her to lay flat on the comparatively firm mattress in that big empty crib… any advice? (I also tried asking Julie of Hushamok… totally unhelpful.)
