I’m a pocket loving cloth diapering mom so I get excited about trying new pocket cloth diapers. This time I was able to review the new Perfect Pocket from Blissful Booty. These cloth diapers come in either a minky exterior or the TPU version. All diapers are one size, waterproof, have a stay dry suedecloth lining, and come with a bamboo insert. They make an aplix or snaps version.
Ease of Use ✩✩✩ Pocket diapers aren’t a hard diaper to use on a baby. They go on and off mostly like a disposable after being stuffed with an insert. In this case, the insert stuffs into a narrow pocket and this just takes longer to do. The pocket opening has elastic so it stretches but once your hand is inside you are working with a pocket opening over your wrist. After stuffing the diaper it is easy to put on the baby. Even with 4 snaps per tab I didn’t find it too obnoxious to do. The aplix version was easier on and off. Bang for the Buck ✩✩✩ The value is pretty good for 16-17 dollars. The diapers fit well, worked well, and look really cute. I will say many of you might need to buy a doubler to use with this diaper or a more absorbent insert. The included bamboo insert wasn’t enough for us even in the daytime which is unusual for my average wetter. If the insert was more absorbent it would have scored better on the value scale. Performance ✩✩✩✩ The diaper itself worked great and fit well. I did have leaks but I realized the cause was only related to the insert not being absorbent enough. I switched to a more absorbent insert and that fixed our issue. Fit ✩✩✩✩✩ The fit was spot on for Everett on the middle rise snap. I felt he had a good amount of room left to grow in the waist. I really loved the elastic on the stomach, it looked very comfortable on him. With other cloth diapers with stomach elastic sometimes it is sewn too tight and it makes snapping or closing the aplix harder. Not so in this case. Overall: The Perfect Pocket is a good diaper at a reasonable price. The minky with snaps was a favorite for me. I also reviewed the TPU with aplix. I never had any rubbing on the baby’s skin but the aplix was on the wide side. They offer a few prints like the web one pictured. My older son loved when his little brother was wearing it! My favorite feature was the elastic in the front. Where to Buy: Blissful Booty
Have you ever wanted to own a rainbow of beautiful diapers in super soft minkee? Well…… the Autralian brand of cloth diapers, itti bitti, that I drooled over after writing my Cloth Diapers Around the World post, are coming to the America (which, coincidentally, is one of my favorite movies. EDDIE!) I digress… The itti bitti D’lish are fairly unique and have some gorgeous colors and prints. The video review will cover both the Snap-in-One and the All-in-One, both of which come in sizes. My written review will only cover the Ease of Use separately for each diaper, everything else is the same and the other categories are for both diapers.
itti bitti snap-in-one
Ease of Use ✩✩✩ When it comes to putting this diaper on a baby there isn’t much difficulty. You snap it on, and you remove it. You don’t even have to un-stuff or unsnap the soakers. You can unsnap if that makes you more comfortable, but so far I haven’t broken any snaps and I leave everything snapped in for washing and drying. There is the matter of getting the diaper put together. Even if every piece is snapped in when it comes out of the dryer (or off the line) things need to be put in order before it is ready to place on your baby. You will need to (if using the hemp, snap in prefold) fold the prefold in thirds and place underneath the stay dry insert. If you are not using the heavier hemp insert, the stay dry insert will just lay there. I am pretty anal about getting diapers before putting them up so I get it set up then place it in my basket, ready to put on the baby.
itti bitti All-in-one
Ease of Use ✩✩✩✩ No snapping diaper will ever get 5 stars, as a reminder! The all-in-one version of the D’lish has absorbency built into the diaper itself, as well as a soaker that is sewn in at one end. No need to stuff or unstuff, or snap. Much easier in terms of prep before putting on the baby!
SIO and AIO
Bang for the Buck ✩✩✩ The SIO is 19.95 and the AIO is 18.95. I was actually under the impression they were more, but heard otherwise and changed my rating. Change your baby at a playdate and you will hear some ooo’s and ah’s over the cuteness. Would you have a stash of these? Probably not if you are cloth diapering to save money. If you have some extra money to burn and love the look of cloth diapers buying a few for photos and such is definitely fun. Plus, they do work, so they aren’t just props!
Performance ✩✩✩✩ I definitely experienced a few leaks in the beginning with the Snap-in-One and All-in-One. I have 3 sizes, the Small and Large sent to me are SIO‘s, the Medium is an AIO. Everett tested the small for a good while, and it fit early on and lasted until he as around 11 pounds. We only used the top insert at first but toward the end we added the hemp prefold since we started with leaks. The Large SIO works beautifully on my toddler and that hemp insert is thirsty! Very absorbent. However, if it gets too wet the diaper tends to sag because by itself the prefold is heavy, add pee, and there is only so much the waist can take. When my poop toddler had a stomach bug he had the worst diarhea diaper in the history of diapers. It was horrific. And it happened in his SIO. It held all the poop in, side to side, front to back. The All-in-One worked well for Everett. There were a few leaks related to fit, so read that portion.
Fit ✩✩✩ Please Read: these diapers are cut LOW. Think, hipster, low rise diapers. On the website you will notice they want you to think of your baby’s gender when buying a diaper. If you are nearing the higher end of one size’s weight range and you have a boy, you should probably size up. I found this to be the case with my youngest. He has outgrown the Small, and is outgrowing the medium as we speak. (literally, he grows every minute!) He is very wide for his age, has very chunky thighs, and is tall. He is going to challenge me for diaper reviews! He can wear the large, which has a high enough rise for him now, and he is 3 months old. Granted, he is over 15 pounds…. I am glad we had one of every size to try so I could see this progression. I do wish they made an XLarge, or called the Small a newborn, small a medium, medium a small, and added a Large. Perhaps the US idea of Small is different than the Australian? Judging by the size scale I would say the large isn’t going to fot most babies to 37 pounds. My son is 25 and very skinny but I don’t see a ton of growth left. And lets be honest, the average weight of a child who is in diapers is probably higher in the US than in Australia. Maybe for the US market itti bitti will add a larger size.
Small size to fit 8lb to 16lb
Medium size to fit 14lb to 26lb
Large size to fit 23lb to 37lb
Overall- Maybe my review isn’t a GLOWING one, there are certainly some faults in this diaper. And most diapers have them. Fortunately my toddler was an easy diaper tester but given that my baby is on the large and challenging to fit end my reviews might take a more critical turn. Here are my pros: A-freakin-dorable. An amazing color selection! Clean looking. The minkee is luxurious and soft. Absorbent. Fairly easy to use. Drying time isn’t too bad, it certainly isn’t the longest to dry in my stash. Cons: the low rise can create leak issues due to fit. Expensive. The SIO takes some time to put together. Needs a larger size. I do still reach for this diaper quite often, it does fit trim, although the SIO is trimmer than the AIO.
Where to buy: My affiliate, Kelly’s Closet, will have them in March.
Samples of the diapers mentioned were sent for the purposes of the review. No other compensation was received and all opinions are 100% genuine and my own.
Envibum one-size all-in-one diaper fits most babies 8 – 40 pounds, with custom absorbency for the phase, not the day, and closeable compartment with stay put fixtures that hold absorbency pad(s) in place. No need to remove absorbency pad(s) before wash, no daily “stuffing”, just add another pad as your baby’s absorbency needs grow.

Today I have 2 reviews! The first is for the Envibum One Size which is an All-in-One. The diaper reminds me of the muppets because it has minky on the outside. I reviewed the Envibum in blue, and couldn’t help but think of the Cookie Monster. I can’t even say enough good things about this company because they donate 2.00 from every diaper purchase (Envibum) to a color coordinated charity. If you buy an Aqua diaper, 2.00 goes to Living Water. The diapers are made in the US as well.
As for the Mom4Mom cover, this diaper is unque because it is a true rinse and reuse cover. It is laminate PUL inside and out, and has velcro closures. This diaper is designed with handwashing in mind, though it can certainly be washed in a machine. The T Shaped Liner is a very easy to use diaper. The video will explain it better. I will admit to not having the best fit in the video, but When tucked towards my son I always had a great fit.
Envibum Review:
Ease of Use✰✰✰✰ The Envibum has velcro closures (with laundry tabs) that making applying the diaper on your baby very simple. There is no size adjustment, so even with it being one size, you just need to pull it on the baby. I did feel as I put the diaper on him, the size growing to accommodate him. It is an AIO, no stuffing, but you can buy additional soaker pads to insert in the pocket of the diaper if you need them.
Bang for the Buck✰✰✰✰ 21.95 gets one Envibum diaper. Seems pricey, but remember you are getting Minky, adorable designs of the velcro (seriously, how unique are those?), the diapers are made in the US, and you are supporting a charity. These really are well made diapers and you can tell when you use and see them.
Performance ✰✰✰✰ I only used this diaper for daytime and naps for reviewing. I never used it at night because of the waffle fabric on the inside, I would rather my son sleep in something smoother for that long at night. No leaks at all, and no wicking. The PUL is hidden under the minky fabric and everything worked as it should!
Fit✰✰✰✰ I thought the diaper fit my son very well around his legs and back. I can’t speak to how it fits on a smaller baby or larger toddler. I would love to test it out again once I have a smaller baby and see how things go. Because you cannot adjust it how you want, you rely on the diaper to adjust itself, it is a strange feeling of helplessness. I am happy it fit my son well!
Overall- I love many things about these diapers. They look adorable, the minky is soft and comes in fun and bright colors, The size adjustment is very unique, and they were absorbent enough for my taste. I would like to see an option for a plain cotton lining on the inside for parents who prefer that material over the waffled cotton. The diaper is bulky because it is minky and due to the thicker fabric on the inside. I had trouble getting pants over it. I also had problems with my son removing the diaper himself since it is velcro.
Mom4Mom cover and T Shaped Liner Review:
Ease of Use✰✰✰ While I can honestly say both the cover and diaper are easy to use, it certainly isn’t the same as putting an AIO or pocket diaper on. I did find it easier to put the diaper on my son than prefolds. he is not the most patient on the changing table. I laid the diaper under him, then pulled it over and tucked it under so that it fit under his belly button. In the video I fold out, but only because folding under would have exposed him. I used a snappi which gave me a very great fit.
Bang for the Buck✰✰✰ The cover is 12.99 and the T Shaped liner is 9.99. I feel like they might be a little more than I would be willing to spend for these items, but they certainly are not “pricey.” That being said, your Mom4Mom cover makes another cover donation possible. Thus the title. And of course these are also made in the US. Performance ✰✰✰✰ I have to say that I really enjoyed the T Shaped Liner! I was unsure how I would like it. It is so simple to use! I got an awesome fit with it, and I am sure it will fit many sized babies well also. The cover fit well also, but you want to unscrunch it some so it looks nice on. Together I had leakproof days.
Fit✰✰✰✰ The cover was a good fit for my son, and I can tell there is room for growth both in rise and in width. On a smaller baby it would just be scrunchier looking. The T Shaped liner had an impressive fit on him. It might take a little practice for some but so worth it for a simple, effective diaper.
Overall- I find this combo a very exciting opportunity for families with limited access to laundry facilities. The cover can be easily rinsed and reused. If you are a camping and cloth diapering family the cover is perfect for you! The liner is also something that can be handwashed it needed and would dry fairly quickly on the line. A few of each would help a low income family who needs a diapering solution for their baby.
An Envibum AIO, Mom4Mom cover, and T Shaped liner were sent by Envibum free of charge for the purposes of this review. No other compensation was received and all opinions are 100% my own and genuine.

I was asked to review the Magic All made by Baby Beehinds. I was able to peruse all of the lovely Baby Beehinds products when I attended ABC Kids Expo. I also reviewed their Wool Cover during my fabulous “All About Wool” Week recently.
I was really excited about reviewing the Magic-All Minky because it was my first Minky Diaper. There are a lot of minky fans out there, but I had never gotten around to trying one myself. I received the Magic-All Minky in Licorice, and loved having a black diaper! I will say that the product photos on the website show licorice as having a grey sheen, which was not the case in real life. It is a dark black diaper.
About Baby Beehinds Magic-All:
Baby BeeHinds Minkee Magic Alls are a ‘true’ AIO with a twist! Made with a velvety soft Minkee/PUL outer, non-pill suede cloth inner and sewn-in soaker pad of 4 layers of microfiber terry-cloth, these diapers facilitate very quick and easy diaper changes! Our Magic-Alls ALSO have a pocket opening sewn in to the back of the diaper… so you can use this as an AIO diaper, AND you have the ability to customize the absorbency to suit baby’s own needs at times when extra absorbency might be needed! If baby is a heavy wetter or the diaper will need to be worn for an extended period, such as during nap-time, simply insert a bamboo ‘Boost-It’ (1 included with each diaper) and the absorbency of your Minkee Magic Alls is immediately doubled! Cross over snaps for the perfect fit. No cover needed – the plush minkee outer is far too gorgeous!
Ease of Use ✰✰✰✰ This diaper has snaps, and we all know that my rating system takes a star away automatically for that. There are a total of 4 snaps to affix, but since it is an All in One, you don’t even have to stuff the diaper before use. You also won’t need to worry with laundry tabs. Snapping diapers can be challenging with those wriggly babies like mine, who likes to stand up or roll over while being changed. But, so can aplix diapers! You will need to either run your dryer cycle twice, or let this diaper air dry for a day or two. Like most All in Ones, this take a long time to dry.
Bang for the Buck ✰✰✰The Minky makes this diaper a little pricier than most. And, compared to the traditional PUL Magic-All, it is quite a bit more! I am conflicted on the value. Other Minky diapers run 30.00 plus, whereas this one is 26.00. The new PUL version is only, 20.50 dollars.
Performance ✰✰✰✰✰ No complaints here! The soaker is absorbent enoughfor day and nap time use. I used a microfiber doubler for overnights. No leaking whatsoever.
Fit✰✰✰✰ The fit if this diaper is pretty good for my son. He has the snaps almost touching. Since it is a sized diaper I have a hard time believing a diaper would need the second cross over snap. In the video, you can see how tiny the waist gets, but with the rise being that long would a baby ever need that? If it were a one size diaper that would make sense to me. The legs were not loose, but close. He is on the average size of thighs, so maybe a baby with skinny legs would possibly need the thigh holes tighter. This is conjecture since I only tested this on my son. The rise is pretty perfect. It is on the higher end of rises for medium diapers I have tried, but that doesn’t bother me. In fact, that means there is lots of room for growth.
Overall- The Minkee Magic-All comes in some really fabulous colors! I had a hard time deciding, truthfully. And the minky is nice and soft! I love that it is an All in One with the pocket for nights. And I love snap diapers, so win there too.
