After the exciting announcement last week that GroVia would be partnering with Giving Diapers, Giving Hope to help them with their shipping and receiving needs. Already this partnership has proved to be an immense help! We are almost up to 10 boxes shipped since that announcement!
To celebrate GroVia is going to give a full stash of new GroVia diapers to a deserving family. Here is how it works-
1) E-mail email@example.com before Friday, Jan. 24, with an original photograph taken by you that illustrates the word “GIVE.” Get creative! Your photograph does NOT need to feature diapers or even people at all. Please keep the family you are hoping to win for anonymous to the public. High-resolution is preferred, but cell phone photography is acceptable. (the example has text on it, you don’t have to do this)
2) We’ll e-mail you back with an application for you to fill out with/on behalf of the family you are hoping to win for. Only families who qualify using GDGH’s normal qualification standards will be eligible. Return the application by Monday, Feb. 3. It is very likely that you won’t know the particulars of their income so we will have a different application for you)
We’ll post the photograph entries in a Facebook photo album for our fans to vote on Feb. 4! The FAN FAVORITE after three days of voting will WIN a #GivingDiapersGivingHope, all-new GroVia #clothdiapers stash for a family struggling to afford diapers for their baby.
(Income-qualified applications that do not win WILL be eligible for GDGH stashes if interest is indicated. You may not enter on behalf of your own family.)
You could help a family you know win a whole stash of diapers by taking a photo! It is fairly simple, and this gift could mean the world to someone you know. I hope you’ll consider participating!
I have been a fan of Thirsties since I began cloth diapering almost 4 years ago (shut the front door!) and used their teeny XS wraps on my newborn son. I’ve continued to use their other new products including the newest- Thirsties DUO AIO- that received a near perfect review.
To celebrate the love of Moms Thirsties has teamed up with some wonderful sponsors to bring you and your baby a fabulous prize worth over $600. The sweepstakes prize includes many Thirsties cloth diapering items, Bamboobies Breastfeeding Supplies (cannot say enough good things about these!), Motherlove Herbal Products, and a Boba Carrier (another DDL favorite and amazing company). There are also some amazing cloth diapering bloggers (like myself) who want to show you how much they appreciate you and your dedication to cloth diapering your baby.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Thirsties and not to Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims. Participation in this promotion is subject to the official rules.
When I reviewed Megaroo’s Extended Tab Prefolds many months ago I found a new love (you can view my review/video here). I like prefolds but I ALWAYS have trouble getting enough fabric around the waist. If you are using a snappi to close the diaper, like most people do, then having more fabric is just what you need. Megaroo’s Extended Tab Prefolds are the SOLUTION to this. You can get a better fit, and save yourself a headache when trying to apply the prefold. Halleleujah!
Megaroo’s ETPF used to be hard to come by and would need to be “stalked” but now with more help and a new website you can now find them in stock more often and she is open for customs. Right now in-stock items can be found on their HyenaCart and custom orders can be placed on their website. I really want a few teeny tiny ones if I ever have baby number 3, as I know they will be such a great newborn diaper.
Lucky for you, Megaroo’s is giving 1 lucky DDL reader 2 of their Au Naturel ETPF’s. The winner will choose the size and Boy/Girl?Gender Neutral for the stitching. Giveaway is open to US and Canada and ends January 6 2012!
Choosing a cloth diaper is almost never simple. New parents are greeted with hundreds of brands, styles, and options that can almost make them run away and choose disposables just for the sake of not having to pick. That is why today’s giveaway is so awesome! Abby’s Lane, an online and brick and mortar store in Manassas, VA, is offering up a Tiny Tush Elite One Size, Fuzzibunze Elite, and bumGenius 4.0 to ONE lucky DDL reader. Jealous!
I know of Abby’s Lane because of their great reputation for quality customer service and their FREE SHIPPING in the US policy. I even got to experience their customer service first hand when I ordered a cloth diaper cover and it had a defect. I sent an email and received a prompt reply. They sent a replacement cover and the whole thing was painless.
Abby’s Lane also has a nice set up for easy browsing. I am usually aware of the brand I need so I love when shops have the “Shop by Brand” drop down menu in an easyt o find place. I am ALWAYS looking for that. Search by the type of diaper from the menu bar on the left, of find gift ideas for Baby and Children, including one of my all time favorite products, the Nose Frida!
For today’s giveaway the winner will receive a Tiny Tush Elite One Size, Fuzzibunze Elite, and bumGenius 4.0. I have reviewed the Tiny Tush Elite and the bumGenius 4.0 and definitely prefer them both in snaps. I am working on reviewing the new Fuzzibunz Elite as well! The winner will get to choose closure and colors.
Your clean, friendly user interface. Your cheerful holiday themed graphics and clearly labeled shopping categories. Your “Diapers Only” site. I can’t believe we haven’t met sooner. Will you marry me?
To say I am impressed by The Green Nursery’s online store would be an understatement. Because I am looking online often I have been to a lot of diaper stores. I’ve found some to be harder to navigate than others. But for some reason TGN’s design speaks to me. It feels natural to browse their store.
They have an impressive selection of quality toys that makes me want to go shop in their Bloomington brick and mortar store. There is just something about a great independent toy store with way cooler stuff than your local Toys R’ Us.
On to the good stuff! The Green Nursery carries a fine selection of cloth diapers and baby carriers. You can either shop via the drop down menu or go to their “Diapers Only” site. There is a category based drop down menu for the baby carriers as well. One of the brands they carry is GroVia, and a lucky DDL reader will win a Grovia mini starter setsponsored by The Green Nursery, which includes two shells (1 Cloud, 1 Surf) and four snap-in soaker pads. The winner can choose the type of closure.
Everybody LOVES a chance to win cloth diapers, right? This giveaway for a bumGenius 4.0 is sponsored by Kissed by the Moon.
Kissed by the Moon is a newer online store that sells cloth diapers as well as Mama Cloth and even a few adorable toys! They also offer Free Shipping on orders over 25$!
Kissed by the Moon was created out of a passion for cloth diapering and environmentally-friendly living. After I began cloth diapering my daughter in 2006, I realized that cloth diapers were not only easy to use and great for our planet, but that they were irresistibly cute and cheaper to use than disposables.
While I had wanted to open an online store for several years, it took me getting pink slipped (I’ve been a middle school teacher for the past seven years) to give me the kick in the rear end I needed to finally pursue my dream. My devoted husband has been next to me 100% of the way, and together we created Kissed by the Moon.
My family of two children, husband, and two kitties lives in Elk Grove, California, where we enjoy picking produce from our garden, baking, going on bike rides, and spending time together.
One thing that struck me as awesome about Kissed by the Moon is their Specials Page. They have listed all of the current sales and other news. If you are shopping make sure to check for coupon codes and deals! This page also keeps you up tp date on stockings and new products, like the Boingo stocking coming soon!
