It has hit me on a few occasions that one day, I won’t have a baby in diapers! When will this day come? Will there be a time before my next baby is born (whenever that is) that my son is out of diapers? Or will he still be in them when the next is born? Then, that baby will stop needing them one day. I may only have 2 babies, so, what then?
Obviously DDL has a heavy focus on cloth diapers. I can’t review diapers without babies in diapers! Gasp!
My options are:
Outsource the written review and film the video myself. Or…
Stop doing written reviews and just film the video just to show how it works.
I would like to continue the site long after my babies are out of diapers. I do enjoy blogging! I will also have to start doing reviews of other items in order to keep the site running. I have already started branching 0ut,so it won’t be a shock.
Imagine a life without dirty diaper laundry… I will miss it when it is gone!

As 2009 comes to a close, I thought it would be fun to look back at my favorite posts of 2009. I began this blog in April, so I don’t have an entire year’s worth of posts to sort through. I have enjoyed my time writing Dirty Diaper Laundry and can’t wait to see what 2010 brings! Thank you all for being apart of my life. I hope 2010 brings you all good fortune and happiness!

Or, Simmer Down Now for those not down with the Cheri Oteri.
You may have noticed I am slowing it down a bit. I extended the “All About Babywearing” Month into November to give myself more time to write the reviews. I still have quite a few carriers to review, and they are exciting! Between my son getting 8, EIGHT! teeth all at once, him not sleeping a wink at night unless he is being held or in our bed, and planning his first birthday party, things have just gotten too busy to be blogging all day. So, I am gonna Simma Down Na and post when I can. I don’t want to pressure myself to have a post up RIGHT AT 9 AM SHARP like I used to. If it isn’t written by then, it isn’t, and it will make it up when I feel like it. Because why? Because it is my blog, that’s why! LOL.
So, fewer giveaways (sorry, they take a whole lot of work as many of you with blogs know), I might skip a day or two of posting, and the post might not publish until 10 PM.
Thanks for being patient while my son’s teeth emerge from the gums, excruciatingly slowly. In the meantime, if any of you lovely mamas have been cloth diapering for 5 years or more, please email me. I have some questions for you!
MUAH!

I decided to dig through my archives and delete giveaway entry comments on all of my reviews, and I will also be making sure all of my categories are applicable and being marked correctly. I am hoping this will allow people to comment on my videos as they come across them. If there have been any videos that you found helpful or had anything to say about, now is the time to say those things! Especially since I can use all the encouragement I can get. Thanks!

Starting a blog is not as simple as it sounds. Depending on your goal it can be a lot of work. A personal blog for friends and family, piece of cake. A blog that you want the world to see is a bit harder. At MomDot they recently did a blog link-a-thon, which I participated in. Here is a list of a few hundred blogs. If you are looking for more blogs to subscribe to, follow, or just read on occasion then check out this list here. You are sure to find something fun to read. I have already gone through a few and there are some really great mom bloggers out there. Show ‘em some love!
