I am participating in the Diapers Etc Blog part hosted by Eco Chic Parties. Diapers Etc has a brand new look and new products in their store and wanted to celebrate!  

I started using cloth diapers as soon as my son was born.  I began with good ol’ prefolds and covers but had a stock of bumGenius! 3.0’s.  I also purchased a few bumGenius! Elementals (formerly known as Organic AIO).  These were fairly new at the time and I was so excited about them, and I still am!

I recently received a new Elemental from Diapers Etc as part of my participation in this Blog Party.  It hit me how much my original Elementals have been through but how well they are holding up.

My original BG Elementals have holes, stains, are no longer “unbleached” looking, but they still work like a charm and rate in my favorite cloth diapers.

Bonus: both kids fit them on the middle rise snap now!  They are officially my diaper bag diaper.

They aren’t as soft as they used to be, but on the outside they look brand new.  And by golly, they still work!  This is what you call a workhorse cloth diaper!
