Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook really put pressure on the average person to make a spectacular pregnancy announcement and gender reveal. Back in my day, I felt pretty snazzy when I sent our family Valentines that announced our little guy was becoming a big brother. FOLKS, things have changed since 2010. If you want to design or star in a fantastic announcement or reveal and have cloth diapers involved I’ve been hunting for my favorite examples the last few months to serve as inspiration!
This photo features two custom embroidered diapers from Bella Luna, the one on the left says “I’m so darn special my parents decided to make another” and the right diaper features the text “Big Sister.” Pretty sure everyone can guess what this means! When you happen to have Christmas themed diapers (AppleCheeks Delishmas print) in Size 1 and Size 2 it’s only natural you create this adorable announcement for an upcoming December baby! Of course, you can change up the theme to your own due date. Photo Credit: Megan Drane
This clever announcement tells a lot just by the rise adjustments! Looks like a baby on the way makes three for this family. My favorite diaper print of all time, the Kelly’s Closet Smart Bottoms exclusive print, Atomic Blast, is featured here. Photo Credit: Cecilia Brown
Playing on the sweet primary color theme of the Rumparooz print “Gumball” this announcement used the ubiquitous alphabet blocks to announce their newest bundle of joy. Photo Credit: Unknown
A little tongue-in-cheek pregnancy announcement that also oozes with Harry Potter fandom. This baby is off to the right start! Photo Credit: Krysten Faith Moore
Here’s a special one you won’t see often, a twin pregnancy reveal with Newborn Smart Bottoms! Enchanted is on the left and BFF, an Itsy Bitsy Bums exclusive print, were chosen. Hopefully, friends and family put 2+2 together and jumped for joy at this incredible news! Photo Credit: Grace Boarman
This AppleCheeks fan, was ready for whatever the results would be with these shots! There’s something about the AppleCheeks ruffles you can’t resist. This is one Instagram worthy gender reveal! Photo Credit: Alicia Rossi
Then there is this announcement that only a diaper manufacturer could pull off…
The owner and creator of cult favorite diaper brand Ragababe used her newborn diaper inventory to pull off this large scale announcement of soon to be Baby#6 that she shared on her public brand Facebook page. Photo Credit: Ragababe Diapers
